Azita Ghanizada. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has been featured in numerous television programs. The family she was born into fled Afghanistan and tried to seek asylum in the US. Her birthplace was in the US. She is the middle daughter with two brothers and sisters, and was born to a young age in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her career in the television industry by appearing on numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada's role on the Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara received her a nomination for the Best Actress award at one of the film festivals. Television guest-starring roles include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. The most recent role she has played is the role of a supporting character for the character of Blood Shot, (2009) which is based on the science fiction film Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada has been cast in the General Hospital spinoff General Hospital which was broadcast on prime-time TV.
